What is the game about?

The whole fantasy world of Rathenna was governed by six demon kings known as Revenants before the events of this game. These demonic kings figured out how to stay immortal, but an unseen wizard named Harbinger was able to defeat them. Harbinger had effectively imprisoned their spirits in the Well of Souls, and the world was on its way back to normalcy. But Rathenna did not fully recover because the demons were not eradicated, allowing them to return.  To complicate matters, the world’s lands have been turned into a battleground. After his father’s death, the protagonist goes on a quest to find his uncle, and fate leads him down the route established by Harbinger. The protagonist has been reincarnated as the fearless conqueror of the Revnants, with a purpose to exterminate the demons for good.
